Sunday School
During COVID-19 Sunday School has been suspended.
Holy Trinity is blessed to have a beautiful space for children to gather and participate in religious activities and discussions. The space has seen a lot of changes since the Sunday School first began in 1908 with the opening of Holy Trinity. Many parent-parishioners love the opportunity to attend service while their children enjoy their own age-appropriate activities. Children partake in Kid’s Talk with Rev. Matt before adjourning to the Sunday School room to participate in readings, prayers, songs, crafts, games and even some play time.
“It’s such a relief. It’s wonderful to not have to balance paying attention to the service and keep on top of my children’s behaviour in the pew. This way we all feel fully engaged in Sunday worship."

Teachers
Holy Trinity has an amazing group of teachers dedicated to the spiritual growth of the children in the congregation. Each teacher brings their time and talent to the job, along with a good sense of humour and the patience children often need.
Little Church
Philanthropy has been a long-standing value of the Sunday School, as seen throughout the church as early as the first year it opened. The children who attend Sunday School delight in making their own contributions to the “little church”. The little church was built by Dwight Henderson in the 1970s. Not only does the little church’s bell chime with a satisfying ding when a coin is dropped in, it also teaches children the joy of giving. Every year the school donates the money to a worthy cause important to the parish.
